Concept Walkthrough + No-Commitment UI/UX Designing
Before we start, we'll walkthrough your concept with you step-by-step, helping you determine everything you'll need from access to external APIs to specialized infrastructure requirements and your projected project timeline. Then, we'll provide you with a free, beautifully designed, no-commitment-required User Interface mockup of your entire desired application.
Communications Onboarding
You'll be invited to a dedicated Slack® channel which will include your dedicated project manager and all the engineers assigned to your project, meaning any and all updates can be to you reported immediately. In addition, we'll schedule a weekly conference call with you to go over the project's progress and allow you to voice any comments or concerns that you may have.
Repository Setup + Development
All your code will be neatly organized into private GitLab® repository for you, though we deploy code to our own staging environments. We follow industry standard Agile® and Scrum® methodologies, allowing us to seamlessly make changes and updates to your application as you see fit. We guarantee that our code will be clean and easy to pick up for developers you may hire in the future.
Quality Assurance
Once your initial application is complete, we'll begin the quality assurance stage of development. This includes rigorous testing of the software for bugs and ensuring all elements of the application are up to standard. We also look to make sure that there will not be any unexpected dependency or other conflicts when the code is deployed into the intended production environment.
Delivery
When all issues have been ironed out and the end-product perfected, we can begin moving the code into the desired production environment, whether that is a cloud-based or on-premises solution.
